Come up with a process to align customer and business needs with an actionable plan to execute. Planning requires a different process depending on the size of the organization and its needs. We can talk about how that process should evolve over time as the business scales.

GROUP SESSION: Managing PMs & Designers

Each week we'll run a session on 1:1 employee management catered to your business's needs. All material will be customized for product and design teams. We will cover topics like the 1:1, difficult conversations, effective feedback, performance reviews, hiring, firing, and more.
