A data nerd in the truest sense, Colleen focuses on the full lifecycle of data, from collection through analytics and data science. She's built teams from the ground up, revamped product analytics offerings, and now focuses on blowing up the accepted paradigms in the data world at Starburst. She recruits and leads amazing teams, coaches and mentors other leaders and senior engineers, and has a lot to say about diversity and inclusion, and is one hell of a writer.
